Iranian Geophysical Conference

The Geophysical Society of Iran has been established in order to identify the goals and activities of scientists and researchers in the fields of science and technology. Doing corporations with researchers, students, and expertise in terms of seminars, conferences, and exchanging ideas, it’s trying to focus and resolve the internal and external needs of the country. with the aims of the development and exchange of scientific and technical presentation of the latest achievements of scientific and research related to Earth and Space Physics, Geophysics society of Iran in cooperation with universities and institutions of higher education and scientific and technical centers, executive agencies, corporations, and private organizations, will hold the Iran Geophysics Conference in Tehran every other year.

Iranian Journal of Geophysics

Iranian Journal of Geophysics (IJG) is a technical geophysical journal published by the Iranian Geophysical Society. This journal publishes research/scientific articles; five issues (four in Farsi and one in English) per year. The objective of the IJG is to introduce activities, researching, and innovations in advancing and education of geophysics and related sciences in Iran in the form of research articles. The IJG provides the basis for the connection between the Earth scientists in general to geophysicists in the more specific term. The IJG expresses its readiness to receive Farsi (Persian) and English articles. The IJG welcomes those who are willing to submit research/scientific articles, reviewing articles, providing discussion and constructive comments to promote the scientific level of the journal.
